If you were ever asked to go to HR it felt like an elementary school trip to the Principal’s office wondering what you did to deserve this, even though the visit could be like winning the lottery.

Now the process is more like opening an email due to the creation of online tools like Zoho. You can now process anything from hiring a new employee to fully processing benefits and more. It enables you to be more efficient while saving valuable time and the environment. The filing system was replaced with online secure storage enabling you to free up a storage room with treats for employees, or you could always find some introvert ready to take up a private space.

Even the State and Federal governments are moving to the online processing of new hires.

HR During A Crisis

During this crisis one thing has become evident, it is great to work for a technology company! The ability to do my job from home was a smooth transition from the office atmosphere to my abode. We frequently had personnel with the want/need to work from home from time to time, therefore we already had systems in place to enable a smooth transition.
