With Web Teks Fax Server, faxed documents can be quickly and easily attached as a PDF to database records or other applications using a simple API. Through a XML/SOAP interface, the database application requests a bar-coded fax cover sheet from the fax server. Any documentation faxed along with the cover sheet is automatically associated with the database record matching the request allowing any hard copy document to be quickly and easily accessible.
