Account Manager

Overview: 

We are currently seeking a highly energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated Account Manager to join our team.​  The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding eBusiness/web technologies and business development selling custom solutions in various vertical markets.​  The successful candidate understands and embraces the technologies that help prospective clients execute business critical initiatives… solve business challenges… improve systems and processes… connect with internal and external customers…and using the Web in ways that will allow them to gain marketplace advantage.​   The candidate embraces technology AND business and thrives in a creative atmosphere.​

Specific Duties: 

The Account Manager candidate will employ consultative, solution-oriented techniques to deliver exceptional products and services to our clients. This individual must be comfortable with and experienced in defining and proposing technically sound web-based solutions. Individual will also act as the liaison between the Development Director and the Client throughout the life of each project. Strong customer service, organizational and prioritizing skills are a must.

Additional tasks include:

  • Analyzing client needs in terms of current business objectives.​ Presenting and articulating advanced web-based technology solutions that meet those clients’ needs.​
  • Working with the Development Director to ensure that all commitments to Clients are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work with sales staff to ensure that all services sold are consistent with corporate offerings.
  • Demonstrate superior listening skills to effectively ascertain Client requirements and present Web Teks’ services as they relate to Client need.
  • Work effectively to build positive working relationships with Web Teks’ management and staff to create positive Client experience.
  • Work closely with technical support and other appropriate departments within Web Teks to deliver proof of concept demonstrations, product deployment, and expedite resolution of technical product issues.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all Work Order requests.
  • Maintain current knowledge of full range of Web Teks’ offerings; be able to present company offerings in a way that is responsive to needs of current and prospective
    Clients.
